In May 2007, the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce approved and registered Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 80 million RMB.

In March 2008, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., LTD., the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences jointly established the Sino-Ukrainian Basalt Continuous Fiber Composite Laboratory in Beijing and Kyiv, respectively.

In October 2009, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. signed the "Contract" with the Basalt Fiber Material Research Center of the Institute of Materials Problems of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences to introduce the first basalt continuous fiber production tank kiln in China.

In January 2010, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. participated in the preparation meeting for "Fiber-reinforced Composite grating" and "Basalt Fiber Sheet for Structural Reinforcement" and drafted the "Basalt Fiber Sheet for Structural Reinforcement" national construction industry standard (JG/T 365-2012).

In February 2010, Yangzhou Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau awarded Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. as a 2009 excellent safety production enterprise.

In March 2010, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting of the transportation industry standard of the People's Republic of China - "Highway Engineering Basalt fiber and its products (JT/T776-2010) was released on March 25, 2010.07.01, implemented.

In April 2010, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd., jointly with the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Yizheng Municipal Government, successfully held the first national basalt fiber material production, science, research, and application forum.

In April 2010, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. donated RMB 2 million yuan to the earthquake-stricken Yushu, Qinghai Province area.

In August 2010, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. won the 2009 annual "Industrial Revitalization, scientific and Technological Innovation” Project award.

In September 2010, it received investment from the Central budget in the "Revitalization and technological transformation of Key Industries" (the third batch).

In March 2011, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. became a member of the China Industrial Textile Industry Association.

In April 2011, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. cooperated with the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician Liu Jiaqi and his research team to establish the academician workstation of Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt continuous Fiber High-tech Co., LTD.

In May 2011, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. was rated "the third Yangzhou Charity Enterprise" by the Propaganda Department of Yangzhou Municipal Committee, Yangzhou Charity Federation, and Yangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau.

In November 2011, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.

In March 2012, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. became a Basalt Branch of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association member.

In October 2012, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. was certified by the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department as a high-tech enterprise, valid for three years.

In March 2014, the Yangzhou Science and Technology Bureau organized experts to hold the expert demonstration meeting of "Development and Promotion of Basalt continuous fiber Industry" of Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. in Yizheng City.

In June 2014, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. became the executive director of the Basalt Branch of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association.

In July 2014, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. to set up "The Jiangsu High-Performance Basalt Continuous Fiber Engineering Center."

In July 2014, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. became the exclusive producer of quality basalt fiber products for highway engineering of the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport.

In November 2014, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. was restructured into Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber Co., LTD.

In August 2015, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber High-tech Co., Ltd. obtained the letter of approval for the SME share transfer system and was listed.

In April 2016, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber Co., Ltd. hosted the "Basalt Fiber Road - Academic Exchange meeting on applying Basalt fiber in Traffic Engineering.”

In August 2016, Qian Guochao, chairman of the Provincial Highway and Transportation Society, went to Jiangsu Tianlong Company for research.

In September 2016, Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber Co., Ltd. welcomed the mayor and chief of Timmins, Canada.

In October 2016, Jiangsu Tianlong Company became a member of the Jiangsu Highway and Transportation Society and a Yangzhou Highway Society governing unit.

In November 2016, TLB jointly established a "Science and Technology Service station" with the Provincial Highway Society and was recognized and awarded by the Provincial Science and Technology Association.

In December 2016, TLB high-strength fiber asphalt mixture jointly developed by Tianlong Basalt and Yangzhou University won the 2016 "Jiangsu Provincial Highway Excellent Scientific and Technological Innovation Product Award."

In September 2017, the "Basalt Fiber Asphalt Concrete Pavement Technical Guide" edited by Yangzhou University and Jiangsu Tianlong Basalt Continuous Fiber Co., Ltd. and 11 other units passed the outline review at the review meeting of the China Highway Society Standard Preparation outline.
